Return and Refund Policy

At the event of product/products found to be physically damaged, defective or different from the description on the detail page shall be subject to refund. The customer can raise a complaint and share the supporting images with video and receipt or invoice issued at the time of delivery with customer care team to substantiate their claim. But the reporting needs to done within 2 hours of delivery of the order.

You cannot cancel the order and demand refund once the order is successfully placed and processed by the courier company. After delivery of the product, if a case arises for a refund, courier charges will be deducted from the amount paid by you.

Full Refund/partial refund or resend requests are case sensitive and only be considered in the following cases:

​

  • Item received is physically damaged

  • Item received has missing parts

  • Item received is different from their description on the product detail page

  • If the shipping location is not serviced by our partner courier companies.

  • No Returns/Refund will be entertained if a customer wants to return the product for the reason that he/she doesn't like it after delivery of the product or feels the product doesn't match his or her expectations. No refunds will be given in the following cases:

  • Incorrect or insufficient address mentioned by the customer

Non- availability of recipient at the mentioned address and/or premises, customer refused to accept the order, or reasons like order placed by mistake etc.

 

Note: 

i) A refund will be initiated after due verification by a personnel from the seller.

ii) In all approved cases of the refund by the sellers end. It will be done in the source mode of payment within 7-8 working days.

Replacement

Due to the nature of the products sold, replacement is not allowed.

 

Refusal to Accept Products

Delivered at the place/to the person specifically mentioned by the customer other than the customer himself.

Cancellation Policy

An order once placed and confirmed by the user is not entitled to be cancelled.

Force Majeure Event

In case the product has undergone any tampering by the customer

  3. The coupon may only be used on www.addmefoods.com and in conjunction with the purchase of products shipped and sold by www.addmefoods.com. The coupon is not valid on products sold by third-party sellers or other e-commerce websites.

  4. The coupon is limited to one coupon per customer.

  5. If you return any of the items purchased with a coupon, the coupon discount or value may be subtracted from the return credit.

  6. Applicable shipping and handling charges apply to all products as the Shipping & Returns Policy.

  7. Offer good while supplies last.

  8. Void where prohibited.

  9. VPS Foods Pvt Ltd has no obligation for payment of any tax in conjunction with the distribution or use of any coupon.

  10. Consumers are required to pay any applicable taxes related to the use of the coupon.

  11. Coupons are void if restricted or prohibited by law.

  12.  Coupons and referrals are only applicable on www.addmefoods.com and can not be redeemed on other E commerce portals where the product is also listed for sale.

www.addmefoods.com does not entertain returns after the order is successfully placed and payment is made by the buyer. Buyers are requested to place the order only if they agree with this term.

VPS Foods Pvt Ltd will accept exchange of the sold products through the website www.addmefoods.com, subject to the terms and conditions mentioned below:

Exchange requests will be entertained only in case the product(s) received by the buyer are in damaged or expired condition. Only such cases will be considered for exchange thereafter.

​

Buyer has to inform www.addmefoods.com of his/her intention to exchange the broken products within 2 hrs of receipt of the goods at his/her shipping address.

​

Such damaged goods should be sent only after written email consent from www.addmefoods.com to send back the product.

​

All replacements will be made after the returned shipment of product is received by www.addmefoods.com. The courier charges for returning the damaged cases will be borne by www.addmefoods.com

​

Return orders are to be sent back to the address from where it was dispatched to be confirmed from www.addmefoods.com
